Quantity 1 each. A compact and easily carried bag that contains the equipment necessary for the first arriving personnel to perform an initial triage of up to 20 casualties utilizing the NAR T2 Tag®. Also contains a laminated Triage Flow Sheet/Casualty Count Card to account for the number of casualties as triage is performed. Kit includes: (1) Compact T2 Triage Officer bag, (1) Laminated triage flowchart and casualty-count card with break-away lanyard, (1) Black grease pencil and (20) T2 Tags each containing: (1) Plastic Sheath with Latex Free Band, (1) NAR T2 Tag®, (1) Chemical Light (red), (1) Pencil, and (2) Set of Quick Reference Status Stickers.
